Healthcare Technology and News: Access Services Implements the myDIALS Performance Management Platform

myDIALS, a dealer in SaaS performance management, has claimed that Access Services, a non-profit organization providing services for children and adults with mental health, developmental and physical challenges, has deployed the myDIALS performance management system for enhancing the quality of programs.
According to myDIALS, their software-as-a-service dashboards deliver a snapshot of strategic business, operational, financial, HR and safety metrics that enable Access Services managers and staff to make more informed decisions about how the organization is performing.
Previously, Access Services was tracking critical metrics by shifting through paper reports but the myDIALS management system now allows Access Services users to drill into data and monitor trends in order to focus on the quality of services they're delivering to clients including initiatives such as tracking fundraising, revenue and expenses, measuring the impact of foster children home studies, maintaining low staff turnover rates and closely monitoring case management for children's crisis programs to minimize the number of psychiatric hospitalizations.
Rob Reid, CEO, Access Services has commented that in their goal to help people with special needs live successfully in the community, they are accountable to those they serve and they strive to show first-hand the effectiveness of their services. Though of course they had all the pertinent data to do so previously, viewing it through the lens of myDIALS brought it all into focus and gave them new insights. The intuitive, graphical format was an eye opener and myDIALS has all the qualities to make them a better organization. With the right information, they can make better decisions, manage more effectively and improve the quality of their services.
myDIALS is claimed to be the right choice for Access Services because it provided sophisticated analytics and what-if scenarios to help users quickly identify, characterize and fix issues. myDIALS automates data connectivity and extraction with more than 35 standard connectors to on-premise or SaaS operational and financial data sources that includes NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, databases, spreadsheets, emailed data sources or manual data entry.
CEO of myDIALS, Wayne Morris noted that they worked closely with the Access Services' team to understand it’s operational and business needs, helping the organization identify critical performance metrics such as who should view them and how they'd be used to improve operational efficiency and outcomes. As a non-profit, Access Services appreciated the cost-effectiveness of the myDIALS SaaS model: there is no need to buy hardware or software and there is no need to devote valuable internal IT resources to the project.
Recently, myDIALS integrated performance module for Google AdWords and integrated SaaS operational BI Dashboards with NetSuite.
