Healthcare Technology and News: Cardiocom Enters Into Business Development Relationship with ContinuLink Health Technologies


Cardiocom has entered into a business development relationship with ContinuLink Health Technologies to provide an integrated telehealth solution. Cardiocom's Omnivisor Pro software application will be integrated with the web-based ContinuLink application to bring a single point of access for the telehealth clinician. 

The integrated solution from Cardiocom and ContinuLink will enable users to work directly with the ContinuLink System and have instant access to all of the telehealth data available in Cardiocom's Omnivisor Pro System. This will improve the user experience greatly and also optimize efficiency by allowing the user to seamlessly work in one system.

ContinuLink is a software solution for health care businesses including Home Health Care, Hospice, Private Duty and Supplemental Medical Staffing. The ContinuLink web-based software that allows users to increase profitability and cash flow, improve compliance and optimize utilization. At the same time, it decreases overtime and eliminates unauthorized services. According to Satish Movva, CEO of ContinuLink, the best way to continue to provide outstanding service to customers is to integrate ContinuLink’s software with award-winning companies in the industry. ContinuLink has partnered with Cardiocom since it helps home care agencies to improve their outcomes and increase clinical efficiencies at the same time. 

The telehealth system from Cardiocom provides an opportunity to proactively manage and customize patient care.  The Cardiocom Commander Telehealth System is used by patients to communicate with a participating telehealth clinician.   The Commander Home Telemonitoring System guides the patient through an interactive Health Check.  A typical Health Check will consist of responding to a series of health and wellness related questions and collecting various vital signs.  This information will then be automatically transmitted via a standard phone line or a cellular connection from the patient's home and is immediately available for review by the telehealth clinician.
