Healthcare Technology and News: IntelliSoft Group Focuses on Medical Credentialing Systems

ISG Group, also known as IntelliSoft Group, a provider of medical credentialing software, is reportedly offering rewards to clients of Healthline Systems opting for IntelliSoft Group solutions. The improved IntelliChoice program is designed to deliver lucrative IntelliCred Phoenix upgrade to the clients allowing gainful options, savings on investment and support for easy migration.

IntelliSoft is a leading medical credentialing software provider and is the only software vendor providing Software-as-a-Service option for it. Most of the medical companies with budget restrictions consider SaaS as best option to try and use medical credentialing software.

“Our deployment options, functionality, and support of our products make IntelliCred Phoenix an excellent solution in medical credentialing software automation,” John Eddy, vice president of sales and marketing, said in a statement. “IntelliCred SaaS combined with the IntelliChoice upgrade program is a compelling reason to switch to IntelliSoft.”

The joint commission and other regulatory bodies made computerization as obligatory for credentialing work. The medical staff services companies install credentialing software either at the client server or use it as an option through web access. Most of the companies felt the paid licensed software with regular payments for upgrading as a costly capital investment and were looking for alternatives.

The medical staff services companies who suffer resource crunch for regular costly updating of branded software, said that IntelliSoft Group’s SaaS is viable and cost effective usage option. The SaaS facilitated the subscribers to access the essential software required for credential work through internet. The SaaS option lets companies pay a nominal monthly access fee to use the software, eliminating the need for costly budget allocation and regular maintenance and upgrading by the IT department.

“Although we still offer traditional software licensing, our Software as a Service option has proven to be very successful in these economic times,” IntelliSoft Group Mike Melville said. “We are very pleased that we are meeting the demands of the market with the SaaS option. Customers have been pleased with this offering, and more are electing to purchase our software in this manner.”

Currently IntelliSoft offers IntelliCred and IntelliApp medical credentialing and provider enrolment software products to the clients in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The software solutions are used in healthcare systems, hospitals, and managed care organizations, CVO’s, IPA’s and PHO’s.
