HealthStream Opens Second Patient Interview Center

The recent successes of HealthStream Inc. as well as the healthcare industry in general have led to the company leasing new office space. This new office space is slated to house a new Patient Interview Center. The new patient center is said to take up about 22,000 square feet of office space and this new center will have state of the art technology at employees’ disposal.

The center will act as a contact center for HealthStream professionals and they will be conducting telephone interviews with patients who worked with the company in order to gauge the customer satisfaction levels. A large number of these interviews are being carried out by HealthStream in order to stay in compliance with HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems).

The company is claiming the expansion it is undergoing these days is thanks in large part to its patient experience solutions. The addition of new customers as well as expansion of services offered to existing customers. The success the company has seen has led to a need to expand the base of operations so that it can actually continue to make sure its customers and clients are pleased with the overall service.

“A benefit of our growth is the positive impact it has on the companies that support us,” said Wayne T. Smith, chairman and CEO of Community Health Systems, Inc. in a recent statement. “It is gratifying to see that an outgrowth of our success is the expansion of partners like HealthStream, which can lead to more jobs in our community and further strengthen our local economy.”

This new interview center is actually the second the company has erected. This center, located in Nashville, Tennessee will be able to help take the load off the center that is already operating in Laurel, Maryland.
